Hello my readers!
Just a short entry about a sweet little Taiyaki called 鉄子 (Tetsuko). 
Taiyaki is a typical Japanese fish-shaped sweet, which is filled with Anko, red bean paste. The shop たい焼き”鉄次” is selling three different types of Taiyaki, the standard Taiyaki, a soft version and Taiyaki filled with ice-cream. We got the soft Taiyaki from a Japanese friend and I thought that it would be a great souvenir for my own friends and relatives. I’ll watch out for them when I visit Japan the next time.

(just like now…) I often land on Tastespotting.com. It is one of my favorite recipe database. Whether sweet or salty – you will find everything on tastespotting. A great place to turn off my mind or to search for inspirations. 
I am a kind of person, who often has an account, but at the end I didn’t use it actively. For example Twitter; did you know that I had a twitter account since 2011? (it was the same with Facebook *lol*) I guess I always need some time until it becomes a popular object for me. On the other hand I think that it also had to do with the fact that I didn’t have a smartphone from that time on. Now I’m totally in the App-generation, started to install many photo editing applications and have a lot of fun with it (btw, I don’t own an apple phone 
). In addition, as soon as I will be back in my busy school life, the days are coming, where studying and home works have more priority than blogging. With Twitter and Instagram, I can at least share some impressions of my life.
