A bℓσσ∂y мαттєя

Uaaah!  I did it! I’ve just completed my “first-blood-donation”-challenge!  Actually I have an horror of syringes!!!  Anyway, I wanted to do it much earlier, but I either I missed the date or nobody had time to join me…   (I didn’t want to be alone on my first donation day)

Everything went very smoothly and I was very impressed that is wasn’t as “brutal” as I thought  I look forward to the next time!
So now, my body and my pricked arm need some rest!

Some unbloody photos of my first blood donation (my lovely sister joined me)!

Blood Pressure. Checked.

Blood Control. Checked.

My equipment *g* chocolate, grape sugar, infusion bag and….

…a thick syringe!

The process passed very quickly & without any complications
It didn’t hurt =)
BTW, 4.6dl flowed through that pipe ^^

poor Sis – she had to prick twice >o<
but she’s a tough girl ; )

The pumpkin season is almost over but I don’t want to miss the chance to share this video with you:

Gosh! This is too much of cuteness – Petey is sooo !
I could listen to him for hours. His voice is so mellow and velvety

It is a must to watch the video till the end!

PS. My Pumpkin Cupcake recipe you’ll find here

For Saturday we had three options for a daytrip in Spain. I decided to choose a trip to

La Axarquia, Nerja and Frigiliana.

Day 3 in Malaga

Just a little news of today evening! When I arrived in my village, I felt a creepy atmosphere. When I was walking home tonight, I suddenly noticed that there wasn’t any light!  Neither the street lighting nor the surrounding houses were illuminated. It was a pitch black-night!  We had a power outage in our village!!! I never experienced this in my life ever! Not even my mother has never experienced a blackout before!  Hahaa, so when I got to my house, my Mum and my Sis were having a “candle light” dinner.

The power outage lasted for about 2 hours. In the meanwhile –as you can see– it has returned to normal.  Without electricity we couldn’t watch TV, we couldn’t use the Internet, we couldn’t cook and I couldn’t enjoy my daily hot tea! What would we do without the invention of Thomas Alva Edison?

Our little candle light dinner ^^
