Cяazy Bℓσggєя Mιнo…

…don’t you have anything better to do than blogging?!! Ahahaa  at first sight it really looks like that!  I am sure you noticed that I am uploading pictures and writing little posts day by day – I filled up August!

After my school graduation in July I decided to continue my studies. May you remember that I would like to start my career in tourism.  I found a school in Lucerne which offers a various and practice-oriented opportunity for further education in tourism. And one of the (hard) entry requirements was that you have to work for about 60% besides school to gain experience in practical work, which means that I had to send a myriad of applications.  And as chance or fate would have it, I finally got a position in a travel agency *yippie yaaay*  – and there is a lot of more to tell you; I can start working tomorrow.  (It is a temporary job for one year, sure, I have to look for another job but it’s better than nothing!) Furthermore, I received a letter from my new school with a message like: “…the invoice of a fee of xxx CHF will be sent you in a separate post…”  well, it seems I can start my school in mid-September!!!

So as I will be “busier” (as if I wasn’t busy during July, August…) the next moths/years I’ll probably have to reduce my blogging habit. Nevertheless, I try my best to keep you up-to-date with my Happy Life.

Currently reading…

Vampire Diaries Band 7
(Tagebuch eines Vampirs – Schwarze Mitternacht)
from Lisa J. Smith

As I couldn’t spend a lot of time with my beloved books during my school year I am enjoying them so much now! I am swallowing one after the other  (I am even reading 3 books at the same time  – and one of them I wanted to recommend to all thriller and vampire-fans) Actually I first started to watch the tv series Vampire Diaries before I bought the books. The series differs considerably from the books cause both of them have another story, nevertheless it’s romantic and pretty enthralling.

I can’t wait to finish my book and go on with band 8!

about Vampire Diaries the television series…

The series follows the events in the town of Mystic Falls, Virginia, a fictional small town haunted by supernatural beings. The main focus of the series is the love triangle between the female protagonist Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder – *arwww he’s so sexy ♥*) with dark pasts. Later the light is thrown on the mysterious past of the town involving Elena’s malevolent double Katherine who seeks revenge against the town, Stefan, Damon, and Elena. (wikipedia.org)

….when body height becomes complex.
Once again I started to watch Anime!

Lovely Complex ★ラブコン

Risa Koizumi, taller than the average girl, and Atsushi Ootani, shorter than the average guy – their constant bickering and comical love-hate relationship is well-known throughout the school. They act similarly and love the same music, and their friendship is full of laughing, shouting at each other, and of course, lots of jokes about one another’s height. But when Risa notices her feelings for Ootani growing, she’s worried. She doesn’t know if he can ever see her as more than a friend. With her friends rooting for her, she struggles to make him see how she feels about him, and that a romantic relationship between a tall girl and a short guy can work. Oblivious Ootani doesn’t make things easy for her, but she stubbornly perseveres in her own unconventional way, determined for her feelings to get through to him, and finally be returned. If only she could do it without driving herself and everyone else crazy in the process… (animenewsnetwork.com)

I have just finished to watch episode 8…. let’s go on with 9!
Just now I found out that there is also a “real movie”. Definitely going to watch after the anime

Actually I wanted to do some real American Cookies but we hadn’t any brown sugar at home I mixed some ingredients together, which we had at home and this was the final result: normal, boring Cookies à la Miho… (nothing special)

Never mind! I am going to tell you anyhow the recipe. Cookies are so easy!

For “standard” Cookies you need:

250g butter
1 egg
230g sugar
1 package of vanilla sugar
300g flour
0.5 teaspoon of Natron
125g chopped almonds
1 teaspoon of baking powder
chocolate chips

Mix all the ingredients together and knead the dough.
I put half of the dough into an other bowl and continued to make some chocolate Cookies.

For Chocolate Cookies I added:

150g chocolate (melt it in a bain-marie before adding)
25 g black cocoa powder
100g chopped almond

oven baking temperature: 180 C°
baking time: ~15min

In my opinion you can use the half of each ingredient and you still have enough Cookies.  I had more than enough at the end so I was very glad that I have my family and friends who help me eat them!

Caution!! Give your Cookies enough space (don’t use this picture as a example) otherwise you have some square Cookies. (My first try failed!)
